FOOD AND DRINK: Food and drinks are discouraged unless you are staff on duty (we do not want our staff to go hungry when they are working all day shifts!) See Class Policies for exceptions.
TABLES AND SEATING: Walk-in sit and stitch is still not possible at this time. While some of our worktables have returned to the shop floor for use in classes, lessons, and general assistance; general seating is not available. All of our seating is reserved for staff and those who are participating in a scheduled private lesson, group class, or gathering.
WALK-IN PROJECT HELP: Walk-in help is available and encouraged! We can often spend just a few moments with you and your project and have you fixed and ready to move ahead. If your project requires more in-depth assistance, we may suggest a private lesson to make sure you get the help you need.
INCREASED CLEANING: We have increased the frequency of our cleaning, especially high touch surfaces and signature pens at the register.
