Welcome to Cloverhill Yarn Shop

Hello from Baltimore/Catonsville, Maryland. Cloverhill Yarn Shop has been meeting the needs of yarn addicts and spinning junkies for years and has maintained both great products and knowledgeable staff. At Cloverhill Yarn Shop you will find several different wonderful yarns from both Commercial and Independent yarn companies. We support local talent and showcase some beautiful hand dyed yarns, rovings, designs and spindles.

The staff at Cloverhill Yarn Shop are here to help you find the perfect project, help you with your current project or teach you the next helpful hint or skill. Several classes are taught at the shop but if they don't meet your needs you can schedule a private lesson with any of our staff.

Some happenings at the shop:

The shop will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Sit and Knit meets each Sunday from 2pm - 4pm. This is a really knowledgeable group of knitters and sometimes they bring yummy snacks.
Sit and Spin (Cloverhill Spinners) meets on the 2nd and last Fridays of the month at 6pm.
Knit-A-Long is a group of knitters that work together on the same project. We start the Corinne Sweater on August 6th! The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month from 12pm - 2pm.
Cloverhill Yarn Shop is a supporter of the Lazarus Caucus project and we are a drop off point for blankets made or purchased for the Westside Homeless Shelter in Catonsville. As an incentive to you, once you drop off a blanket you will get a card for 10% OFF your next purchase from Cloverhill Yarn Shop.

As you can see there is a lot happening at the shop. You can also find us at Maryland Sheep and Wool the first full weekend in May. At the booth we will showcase a slew of Independent Artist goods. I am really looking forward to the fun there.
